FOUNDATIONS OF MY WORK

Psychology & Spirituality Belong Together

In its effort to become a hard science, psychology removed spirituality from its framework — leaving a significant gap in our understanding of the human experience. Mystical and transcendent experiences are not fringe phenomena. They have been central to human life across every culture and era, and they deserve rigorous, curious inquiry. My work takes that gap seriously.

Advocacy & Research as Vocation

I’m committed to becoming a leading expert in the psychology of neurodivergence — not just as a clinician, but as a researcher, writer, and advocate. That means contributing to the field through scholarship, public education, and fighting for systems that actually support the neurodivergent community.

Psychoeducation as Empowerment

Understanding your own mind is one of the most powerful things you can do. I offer psychoeducation on abnormal psychology and coaching across a wide range of mental health conditions — because informed clients are empowered clients, and knowledge, honestly held, is a form of liberation.

Coaching Services

All coaching is strengths-based, neuroscience-informed, and adapted to who you are. There is no one-size-fits-all framework here — only a genuine collaboration designed around your brain, your life, and where you want to go.

01

ADHD & Executive Function Coaching

Individualized coaching for attention, working memory, task initiation, time blindness, emotional dysregulation, and organization. We build systems that work with your neurology — not against it — and help you stop fighting yourself.

02

Psychoeducation & Mental Health Coaching

Education-focused support for clients navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, mood disorders, and other mental health conditions. We deepen your understanding of your own experience so it stops feeling mysterious and starts feeling workable.

03

Identity & Self-Concept Work

For clients whose sense of self has been shaped by years of being misunderstood, over-corrected, or unseen. We work toward a clearer, more compassionate picture of who you actually are — beyond your diagnoses, failures, and the stories others told about you.

04

Academic & Student Coaching

Support for neurodivergent students navigating the structure and demands of school. We work on study systems, deadlines, teacher communication, and the executive function skills that make academic life feel manageable rather than impossible.

05

Goal-Setting & Life Direction

For clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or out of alignment with where they want to be. We use evidence-based frameworks to clarify what matters, break it into real steps, and build the kind of momentum that actually holds.

06

Contemplative & Values-Based Coaching

For clients drawn to the deeper questions: What do I actually value? Who am I when I’m not performing? How do I build a life grounded in meaning rather than anxiety? We integrate evidence-based approaches with contemplative practices and self-compassion work.
